Product Checking During Delivery

Customers must check the product carefully in front of the delivery person at the time of delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, you must report it immediately while the delivery person is present.

Once the product is received and the delivery person leaves, no return, exchange, or refund request will be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Include original packaging and tags
  • Be reported immediately during delivery if there is any issue

Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

If you receive the wrong or damaged product, we may offer an exchange after verification. Exchange requests must be made immediately during delivery.

Refunds

If a refund is approved after inspection and verification, the refund will be processed to the original payment method or mobile banking account within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was from our side.
